Domestic Shipping (UAE)

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.
    • Cost: Free for orders over AED 200. A flat rate of AED 20 applies for orders below AED 200.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery Time: 1 business day.
    • Cost: AED 35.

Note: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (UAE time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. Stay tuned as we expand to deliver globally!

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Delivery Conditions

  • We deliver across all emirates in the UAE.
  • If you are unavailable during delivery, our courier partner will attempt to contact you to reschedule.
  • In the rare case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
