Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

You may return any item in brand new, unused condition within 7 days of receiving your order. For full details on our returns process, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the item(s) and then place a new order.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is not available. Currently we accept prepaid payments only.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If we are able to cancel your order in time, we will do our best to assist you with this otherwise, you will need to return your order for a refund. To avoid disappointment, do ensure you are 100% certain of wanting your order before proceeding to checkout.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping costs are calculated according to your location and order selection. All charges, including any applicable duties, are transparently shown at checkout for a seamless experience.
